About Us
Welcome to 米芝莲 Maichilin, located at 14603 Northeast 20th Street Suite C-06, Bellevue, WA 98007 – a unique Hong Kong Tea Bar that effortlessly blends tradition with contemporary flair! Immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere reminiscent of Hong Kong, offering a variety of Hong Kong-style drinks and desserts.
Our signature recommendation is Silk-stocking milk tea. It is a Hong Kong-style milk tea that is most characteristic of Hong Kong, known for its strong tea flavor and smooth, mellow taste. The Hong Kong-style milk tea production method is more complex than other milk teas, involving the unique process of "pulling the tea," ensuring the milk tea preserves the essence of the tea leaves.
Don't miss the chance to try our bubble waffle, a traditional street food unique to Hong Kong and a variation of waffle. The snack is made with eggs, granulated sugar, flour, and light cream to create a sauce, which is poured into the center of two special honeycomb-shaped iron moldings and baked over a fire. When you take out the bubble waffle with a tool, it is golden brown in color and has the aroma of cake. Plus, the middle is half-empty, giving it a popping texture when you bite into it.
In addition to the great drinks, we also prioritize providing an enjoyable dining experience in a modern Hong Kong-style environment that makes you feel like you are traveling in Hong Kong. Whether you're embarking on a study session, catching up with friends, or taking a quick break from shopping, our inviting ambiance ensures a delightful time.
We extend a warm invitation for you to come and explore the rich flavors of our milk tea, bubble waffle, and desserts. A plethora of Hong Kong-style drinks and desserts awaits your enjoyment. Come and savor the taste of Maichilin – where tradition meets modernity!

What Diners are Saying
“One of the best mango sago pomelo I've had outside of Richmond Canada. The drink is just wonderful and refreshing. I also tried the lychee green tea and that was good. It wasn't too sweet and had lychee pieces. The interior of the shop is small, but well decorated and makes you feel like you are in another town.”

“Delicious Hong Kong style bubble tea and bubble waffle. The decor is warm and remind me of old Hong Kong movies. We went on a Monday afternoon and got our drinks and waffle within 10 mins. Highly recommended.”
